Policies – Fees – Hours of Appointments

• Flexible daytime, evening & Weekend hours, 7 days a week
• Referrals can be made by a Professional Practioner or by Self-Referral

-if you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask that you provide one business day (24 hours) notice. This means that appointments scheduled for a Monday must be cancelled on or before the preceding Friday. If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 24 business hours’ notice, our policy is to collect the full amount of the appointment fee. 

If you notify us before the 24 hours, we will be pleased to change your appointment time to meet your schedule.

• Services provided by psychologists are not covered by OHIP. Many extended health care plans and employment health insurance plans cover the cost of services with a supervising registered psychologist. We bill clients directly and the client will receive a receipt with the information required to submit their claims to their insurance company for reimbursement.
